Once again victory of Aastha in Sabarimala: VHP

Once again victory of Aastha in Sabarimala: VHP
New Delhi. October 18, 2018. The kind of barbarism and vandalism perpetrated by the Kerala Police on the Bhagwan Ayyappa devotees at Sabarimala seemed to be as if the Marxist goons wearing Khaki costumes had landed at the celebrated holy shrine to mount aggression on the Aastha of Hindus. Joint General Secretary of Vishva Hindu Parishad, Dr. Surendra Kumar Jain, made the said remarks while condemning the atrocities committed by the Communist government on the devotees engaged in peacefully doing Satsang at the shrine. Vijayan's police not only baton charged and stoned but also broke open the vehicles of the devotees and looted the same. Despite all the vandalism of administration, it could not trounce the Aastha of the devotees. Aastha was Vijayi (victorious) and no ‘Vijayan’ (victory) but defeat of tyranny. The CPM government, ever in the business of plotting to crush theAastha (Liberty of thought, belief, faith and worship) of Hindus, imposed Section 144 in the temple area and conspired to organize a forcible entry of some planted middle-aged women making fun of Hindu Astha into the shrine of the deity.
Dr. Jain warned that they would not succeed in their conspiracy. In protest against the government suppression and conspiracy, the Sabarimala Karma Samiti has called for a 12-hour state-wide strike today, which has the support of all social and Dharmicorganizations.
Dr. Jain said that for the kind of situation that has come to pass today in Sabarimala, only the CPM government and some of their so-called human rights activists with Hindu phobic agenda and well-fed by them, are responsible. Under the guise of empowering women, these elements have actually been trying to crush the Hindu Aastha. These elements have never raised a voice for the nuns who suffered from sexual atrocities and rape by Church priests, but had the effrontery to call the victim nuns as prostitutes. Even their tongues get paralysed on question of entry of Muslim women in mosques. CPM’s record on the protection of women's rights has always been dubious. In their Polit Bureau, a woman has got admission only when her husband has become the General Secretary of the party. The atrocities committed by them against women in Bengal's Nandigram and Singur, speak volumes about their character.
None of the petitioners that went to the Hon’ble Supreme Court seeking entry of 10yr-50yr old women into the Sabarimala shrine does ever subscribe to the Sabarimala Aastha. But now even such women are coming out who threaten to go into the shrine with their boy-friends and make sex in front of celibate Bhagwan Ayyappa and are also talking in terms of opening condom shops at the shrine. They cannot appreciate that ‘liberty’(swatantrata) is not ‘licentiousness’(svekshhacharita) and indiscipline.
Dr. Jain also said that Hindus have never been anti-women. But there are some mores and traditions of every temple which should be respected by everyone. Bharat stood for unity (Ekta) and not for uniformity (Ekroopta). Due to these different traditions catering to different necessities, aptitudes, and temperaments, unity in diversity became the forte of Bharat. It seems that all these anti-Hindu people got together with the plot to mount an invasion on Bharat’s soul/central being. It must be noted that there are also temples, including occult ones, in Bharat where entry of men is prohibited. Will these people call those traditions as anti-males? This is diversity, not discrimination, reverse discrimination, unfairness or inequity!
Some so-called intellectuals ailing from Hindu phobia have used the word ‘goons’ for the devotees of Ayyappa. The VHP condemns them for these abuses. This movement has been completely non-violent. Lakhs of devotees have come on the roads, but leave aside the talk of violence, they never ever used an abusive language for anybody. Instead of praising the peaceful movement of the devotees, the anti-Ayyappa activists are exposing their own mindset and mentality by using abusive language. They should understand that the Hindus have always been transformative as the Hindu culture (Kulaachaar) is like a flowing river and growing tree and not like a statue. Are not Dalit priests accepted in temples of DakshinBharat? But this change should come from within the Aasthavans! None of the external elements can impose it!
The Joint General Secretary of the VHP said that this tradition of Sabarimala does not humiliate anyone and does not hurt anyone. This tradition is entirely under section 25 of the Constitution of Bharat. Therefore, this fight is only for the protection of the spirit of the Constitution by staying within the ambit of the Constitution. How can those opposed to the law against Triple-Talaq have the face to oppose this movement?
The CPM government has changed the constitution of the Devaswom Board in such a way that they can handover Hindu temples to non-Hindus. The Vishwa Hindu Parishad condemns their anti-Constitution and anti-Hindu conspiracy in the strongest terms, and warns that it should stop its unholy agenda to crush Hindus. The communist movement has shrunk in rank & file and now got confined to Kerala. They will get eradicated from there also in their fight against Hindus. They should accept their mistake and file a review petition in the SC. The strength of Hindu Aastha would now have come to their notice.

Rahul Gandhi courts arrest

Congress President Rahul Gandhi Friday courted arrest after staging a protest outside the CBI headquarters in Delhi against the move to divest CBI Director Alok Verma of his powers and send him on leave.
Earlier addressing the gathering Gandhi attacked Prime Minister Narendra Modi over the issue. He also accused him of destroying institutions including the CBI, the Election Commission and the Enforcement Directorate. Senior Congress leaders, including Ashok Gehlot, Ahmed Patel, Motilal Vora, Veerappa Moily and Anand Sharma, took part in the march that culminated in a demonstration ahead of the CBI headquarters.
Loktantrik Janata Dal leader Sharad Yadav, CPI leader D Raja and TMC’s Nadimul Haque joined the protest.
The Congress’ protests in the national capital were replicated in other parts of the country. State Congress leaders led demonstrations in their regions against what the Congress described as the “illegal, unconstitutional and illegitimate removal of the CBI director by the Modi-Shah duo”.
The apex court said former Supreme Court judge AK Patnaik will oversee a CVC inquiry into the allegations against Verma and the report has to be placed before it within two weeks. It directed that interim CBI chief M Nageswara Rao shall not take any major policy decisions. Decisions taken by him since October 23 till date shall not be implemented, it said. All decisions taken by Rao shall be placed before the apex court in a sealed cover. — PTI

Wide Publication of Declaration of Criminal Antecedents of Contesting Candidates
New Delhi: Addressing the issue of increasing criminalisation of politics, a five-judge bench of the Hon’ble Supreme Court, had on 25th September, 2018, given five main directions to the candidates and the political parties distributing tickets to these candidates for contesting elections (Page-97 of the Judgement). They are:
(i) Each contesting candidate shall fill up the form as provided by the Election Commission and the form must contain all the particulars as required therein.
(ii) It shall state, in bold letters, with regard to the criminal cases pending against the candidate.
(iii) If a candidate is contesting an election on the ticket of a particular party, he/she is required to inform the party about the criminal cases pending against him/her.
(iv) The concerned political party shall be obligated to put up on its website the aforesaid information pertaining to candidates having criminal antecedents.
(v) The candidate as well as the concerned political party shall issue a declaration in the widely circulated newspapers in the locality about the antecedents of the candidate and also give wide publicity in the electronic media. When we say wide publicity, we mean that the same shall be done at least thrice after filing of the nomination papers.
After the Judgement of the Apex Court, the Election Commission of India (ECI) had issued a circular to all the Chief Election Officers of the States and Union Territories apart from the President/ General Secretary of all recognised National and State Political Parties on 10th October, 2018. This circular, apart from highlighting the changes made to the format of the affidavits of the contesting candidates, had also directed all candidates with criminal cases against them, either pending or cases of conviction in the past, to publicise this information in newspapers with wide circulation. This direction of the Election Commission was also to all the political parties that set up candidates with criminal cases against them.
Directions to the contesting candidates
The ECI had insisted that a format (Format C-1) be followed …“at least on three different dates from the day following the last date for withdrawal of candidatures and up to two days before the date of poll.”  While insisting that the order of the Apex Court be followed in letter and spirit, the ECI had also recommended that “The declaration in newspapers should be published in font size 12 and should be placed suitably in the newspapers…”
The ECI had also directed the contesting candidates to submit copies of the newspapers in which their declarations about criminal cases were published to the District Electoral Officers at the time of filing their election expenditure statements (within 30 days of declaration of results of Assembly Elections).
Contesting candidates are required to “…publish the above declaration on TV channels in the State concerned on at least three different dates…” In order to adhere to the Model Code of Conduct, such declarations should be completed before 48 hours of polling date.
The candidates are also required to declare before the Returning Officers that they have informed their political parties of their criminal antecedents. This declaration has been included in the newly amended format of affidavit (Form-26) for contesting candidates.
Directions to the Political Parties
Similar to the format for declaration of criminal antecedents by contesting candidates, the ECI has also recommended a format (Format C-2) for political parties (recognised and unrecognised) to “… publish declaration giving details in this regard, for wide publicity, on their website as well as in TV channels and newspapers having wide circulation in the State concerned.”
This declaration by political parties is also required to be done at least thrice on three different dates before the date of poll, in the same format and font size recommended for contesting candidates.
Political parties are required to “... submit a report to the Chief Electoral Officer of the State/ UT…” so as to confirm that the direction of the ECI had been followed, along with relevant newspaper cuttings.
The ECI has also stated that “... failure to abide by these directions would be treated as failure/ refusal to carry out a lawful direction of the Commission for the purposes of paragraph -16A of the Election Symbols (Reservation & Allotment) Order, 1968.
This release is being circulated by ADR for larger public interest and wider voter awareness. We appeal to the print, electronic and online media to monitor and highlight the fact whether the above mentioned directions of the Hon’ble Supreme Court and the ECI are being followed and implemented by the Political Parties and their candidates.

Capitalist Gujarat SGDP 20% of India 1947, 7% Now & Patel
Noveber04, 2018 (C) Ravinder Singh ravindersinvent@gmail.com

Whenever Iyer writes I respond with better and Real Story. I don’t have Detailed Economic Data but observations are Politically Accurate – some difference may be there in GDP figures, which are not presented correctly in Time & Region wise.

IYER has reported how rift between Finance Minister Liaqat Ali Khan& Home Minister Vallabhbhai Patel escalated and led to Partition of India on Issue of Taxes.

Both Vallabhbhai Patel and Liaqat Ali Khan didn’t Consider & Realize the ECONOMIC CONSEQUENCIES of Partition which was the CORE Issue at that time. Gujarat perhaps contributed 15% of United India GDP [20% of Indian Region] and Sindh 10% - Gujarat now accounts for 7% of GDP Net of India and 5% United India and Sindh $83b which is less than 3% of India-Pakistan-Bangladesh GDP together.

Political Disagreement between Gandhi and Jinah reduced the ECONOMIC Contribution of Gujarat+Sindh to around 8% at present then 25% to may be 30% before 1947 partition. BAD CAPITALISM FAILED IN SOUTH ASIA.

Now Gujarat has 40% more GDP– Sindh 7% more than National Averages.

Ø Gujarat and Sind regions of United India accounted for over 70% of UI Trade that mainly originated in Gujarat and Sind.

Ø Though Ports are ACTIVE due to Location but Non Petroleum Exports from Gujarat may not be 5% and 2% for Sindh of United India Geographical region.

Ø Gujarat and Sind produced around 50% of Consumer Goods in United India – Textiles, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, and Trade alone has huge PROFIT MARGINS, Gujaratis & Sindhis could migrate from hundreds of ports along the Coastline and establish in Africa, Europe & North America.

Ø More than 50% of Prominent Political Leaders mostly CAPITALISTS & Industrialists came from Bombay to Karachi belt. Gandhi, Jinah, Patel, Tata, Bajaj, Wadia etc.

Ø Gandhi-Patel-Jinah CONFLICT Led to Partition & Bombay Karachi belt Lost ECONOMICALLY & POLITICALLY. Baring briefly Bhuttos and Morarji Desai – now Modi from Varanasi – had little political influence.

Global Gateway: Gujarat is a leader in exports with more than 20 percent share to India’s aggregate exports. 39.82 % of all cargo and more than 71 per cent cargo handled by Non-major ports of the Country is from Gujarat.
GSDP Share: With only 4.99 per cent population share, Gujarat accounts for 7.6 per cent share to National GDP.
Industrial Output Gujarat enjoys the status of industrially developed state of India with its 18.4 per cent share to Country’s industrial output, the largest among the states of India. [SER 2017-18]

Britain's top spymaster delivered a rare speech on Monday, in which he sternly warned Russia and other rogue states against underestimating U.K.'s capabilities.
Addressing students at the University of St Andrews, Alex Younger, head of Britain's Secret Intelligence Service (SIS), better known as MI6, called for a new era of spying to combat threats from enemies.
The country's foreign intelligence service, that has has been expanding rapidly in recent years, has boosted its forces from 1,600 to 2,400 personnel.
While calling for diversity in the agency, the MI6 chief stressed on the serious need for a new generation of techno-smart spies who would defend the U.K. against Russias hybrid war on the West.
In his speech, the spymaster known as C revealed his plans for the agency and said that that he was aiming at creating "a fourth generation espionage."
Younger said, "The era of the fourth industrial revolution calls for a fourth generation espionage: fusing our traditional human skills with accelerated innovation, new partnerships and a mindset that mobilizes diversity and empowers the young."
He pointed out, "Britains enemies today blur the blur the line between online cyber assaults and physical attacks on the U.K. that only just fall short of short of full-blown war."
The spy chief said, "I want to speak to young people who have never seen themselves in MI6. It doesnt matter where you are from. If you want to make a difference and you think you might have what it takes, then the chances are that you do have what it takes, and we hope you will step forward."
He then issued a direct warning to Russia and other nefarious state actors to never underestimate Britains secret "determination and capabilities."
Warning of further threats, Younger said that the country's enemies regard themselves as being in a state of "perpetual confrontation" with the U.K.
The country's top spymaster also stressed on the role played by the MI6 in exposing the perpetrators that were said to be behind the Salisbury nerve agent attack.
He pointed out that the agency helped co-ordinate the expulsion of Russian diplomats.
Further, reassuring his audience, Younger said that Britain is "well-equipped" to counter those who launch attacks on the nation.
Adding, "The degree of interconnectedness between nations, people and systems today, the ubiquitous nature of information and the exponential pace of technological change, are making the work dramatically more complicated."
Monday's speech was the second major speech delivered by Younger since he became head of the Secret Intelligence Service four years back.
